I would like to join and train with the triathon club – I have run a bunch of marathons including Boston and am following Joe Friels tri training program – let me know.

    Hi Ernie–

CofC starts classes August 26–we will post the location and time for the first meeting of the year and maybe we’ll see you there?

I would also like to join and train with the team. I am a freshman. I have competed in many sprint triathlons in Hilton Head and some in Savannah.

Cool, Sam! Do you know Keri and Al? (Go Tri Sports). They are awesome. Aren’t the Hilton Head races the ones that give monkey clanging cymbals awards?
The first meeting hasn’t been announced yet.

haha yes I’ve know Keri and Al since I was eleven and yes they are the ones with the monkey awards. They are actually coconut moneys that look like pirates and other characters.

Thanks for getting back so soon…sorry it took me so long to write back I’ve been busy with school, but please let me know when a meeting or some type of training group is arranged.

    Thanks again,
    Sam

I am interested in joining the team but would like to know more about it, to make sure i can handle it on top of my school work. I ran track in high school and have always been interested in getting involved in triathatlons.
